We know that staying active and working towards your health goals at home can be difficult. We also know that many online fitness programs are very difficult to follow and stay motivated with, between deciphering trainers notes, the generic prerecorded exercise classes and no accountability to complete the workout.
LIV at Home is your answer to these barriers. With our virtual fitness service you will be connected with a trainer in every session you have booked, not just once a week. They will guide you through a workout and be able to customize exercises and provide form feedback to make sure you get the best workout with a greatly reduced risk of injury.
With over 40 years in operating in person fitness facilities across Canada you can be sure that you will be receiving some of the best fitness programming available for a fraction of the price you would pay at the gym.
Virtual Group Training
Training with a certified personal trainer is great. Training with a certified personal trainer AND a group of other individuals with similar goals as your is even better!
Our virtual group training is a progressive, 4 week training program in which you and up to 11 individuals will meet twice a week to workout, connect and motivate each other through workouts that progress from session to session. The group training model is fun, cost effective (only $8.00 per session) and keeps you motivated to reach your goals. All workouts include bodyweight only exercises to remove any barriers to your success!

Virtual Personal Training
Train one-on-one with one of our trained and certified personal trainers right from the comfort of your home. Your training will start with an initial consultation to connect with the trainer of your choice, discuss your goals and training, and develop a plan from there. Sessions are scheduled around your availability and hosted through the streaming platform of your choice (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

Do you have the exercise part of your plan down but need some help in the kitchen? Perhaps you don’t have space to exercise at home but could work on your goals by making a change to your eating habits?
Our Nutrition Coaching service is delivered by a Registered Nutritionist that will help guide and educate you through healthy choices and options that fit your lifestyle and budget. No cookie cutter meal plans here! These sessions can be booked one-on-one, similar to our Personal Training service.
