We are pleased to announce that Phil Knight has accepted the newly created position, Regional Manager, Staffing & Recreation for LIV North Aquatics.

Phil comes with a very strong background in our Fitness Management Division and brings a wealth of experience and innovation to drive our Amenity Management and summer staffing to an unprecedented level.

Phil’s work managing Aquatics & Recreation at a major community center in Toronto fostered a positive environment for members of the community, including its staff, by delivering excellent customer service and utilizing positive critical thinking. He planned and successfully ran a variety of events and programs for the community, to build rich and memorable experiences and attracted many newcomers to the facility.

Phil initially developed his skills in the hospitality industry, learning to achieve customer satisfaction by being personable and friendly. More recently, Phil successfully planned and executed the re-opening of the Fitness and Aquatics Centre twice (in 2020 and 2021) as Interim General Manager of Fitness, and with his team kept the community engaged while under the lock-down restrictions. 

LIV North is placing a high level of importance on the need to provide unmatched service to our staffing and seasonal customers and this appointment is a large step in meeting our objectives.
