Improved efficiency via the Wattbikes Watt meter I am able to determine which leg is more dominant and how to improve the efficiency of my 360 degree pedal stroke while riding, (polar View). The Wattbike monitor will show you how to improve your pedal stroke while riding via the onboard display. In addition, the 20 minute Test is designed to establish your functional threshold of power (FTP) which is the average number of watts a rider can sustain in an hour. This is a great measure to track your improvements against. There are numerous heart rate programs, cardiovascular programs, HIIT Training programs and testing programs built into the Wattbike console.
