The Rumble Roller is designed for deep tissue foam rolling. The Rumble Roller has specially designed bumps that are firm, but flexible. As you roll on the Rumble Roller (or RumbleRoller), the bumps continuously kneed the contours of your body, gently stretching soft tissue in multiple directions. The Rumble Roller targets trigger points, helps restore flexibility, and brings quick relief to common types of muscular pain.

The RumbleRoller is stronger and more tear resistant than conventional foam rollers and it permanently retains its shape. The smooth, nonporous surface is latex free, repels dirt and is water-proof. The extra-firm version (black) is intended for experienced users with especially dense muscle tissue that doesn’t respond to normal massage pressure. The Compact Rumble Roller (12″ long and 5″ in diameter) is very portable.
